Handling Time
We aim to pack all orders and hand them to a carrier within 2 business days (this excludes weekends).
Shipping
Domestic (Australia). We ship via Australia Post (Parcel Post) with most items arriving within 7 days.
Express (Australia). We ship via Australia Post (Express Post) with most items arriving in 2-3 days.
International.
Standard shipping (10-18 business days). Australia Post Standard Parcel Service.
We do not profit from shipping fees. Average domestic and International fees are determined for our products, and in most cases shipping can be combined to minimise customer costs. Package types have been specifically selected to protect our items so they arrive in the condition you expect.
*Note: if we can arrange express shipping within the fees charged we will do so to get your items to you quicker.
Customs Fees and Local Taxes
Our product pricing and shipping costs EXCLUDE any customs duties or fees levied by customer Countries and/or States. These fees will be payable by the customer if required to enable release of the shipment following assessment by local customs and/or mail provider.
US based tariffs / customs duties. Customers are fully responsible for payment of US based tariffs. For all items exiting US customs from 29th August 2025, the following fees may be levies on the customer to enable release of shipment for delivery:
- CBP processing fees
- USPS handling fee (for collection of tariffs / duties)
- A 15% tariff (due country of origin) or $80USD per package.
