Returns and Refunds

Any returns must be requested within 30days from date of purchase. 

Please note that tegata and torikumi are not eligible for refund - please check images on our site when making a purchase decision.

Other items can be returned in same condition received.

Once an item has been received and reviewed, a refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7 days (minus shipping cost).

Where US based customers refuse to pay local duties and tariffs, resulting in return of items, refunds will be made on receipt and inspection (minus shipping cost and a $10AUD restocking fee).

Cancellation of Orders.

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded minus any fees levied by the payment provider.
